about-project :
- The IAM Technical Business Analyst role sits within the Identity Access Management Technology Product Management Team (TPM) and reports to the TPM Manager.
- HSBC''s Identity & Access Management Cybersecurity function is the first line of defence, serves as the focal point in Cybersecurity for access related activities ensuring that HSBC''s electronic based assets are monitored, managed, accessed, and protected effectively so that only those people with a legitimate business need can access or modify them, when they need to do so.
- The TPM team are required to support the onboarding of new applications into IAM Group tools and are seeking a technical Business analyst with strong IAM expertise to be able to support the team.
responsibilities :
- Ensure all applications are Onboarded in line with defined timelines
- Ensure all IAM onboarding tool activities are compliant with IDAM controls.
- Work with IAM Technology Team and HSBCs Strategic Programme Teams to develop clear requirements and have an oversight of development and testing for enhanced capabilities, custom connectors.
- Support with Go Live readiness, service readiness, operational readiness, and associated communications.
- Gather requirements to onboard applications in IAM systems and enable them with IAM controls & governance policies.
- Gathering requirements and technical information in support of design/configuration for roles, applications, workflows and other configuration components.
- Supporting the business with the use of HSBCs self-service onboarding tool including triage of queries, troubleshooting and training.
- Monitor the progress of applications being onboarded and follow up with the business to ensure all required information is entered into the tool swiftly.
- Undertake quality checks on the content of the data being input into the tool before passing to the IAM technology teams.
- Engaging GBGF, wider Cyber teams to gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements and support them in maintaining IDAM control compliance.
- Acting as the link between technology and other IAM/Non IAM teams, ITSOs and Service Delivery to provide a single and consistent service to all stakeholders.
- Work with IAM Technology Team and HSBCs strategic Programme Teams to provide clear requirements and have an oversight of development and testing for enhanced capabilities, custom connectors. Support with Go Live readiness, service readiness, operational readiness, and associated communications.
- Coordinate between multiple IAM Teams to ensure the completeness of attributes of Entitlement Catalogue including supporting the SOD team to on-board the SBT and Toxic combination rules.
- Facilitating the user acceptance testing with GBGF/ITSOs.
requirements-expected :
- Demonstrable lead technical business analyst experience.
- Strong experience within one or more IAM products (Sailpoint IIQ, Service Now, RSA, Delinea and Hashi-corp).
- Strong data analytical skills and business acumen.
- Ability to analyse data and produce detailed management MI (management information).
- Demonstrate experience in engaging wider stakeholders at all levels.
- Engage stakeholders to gather IAM related use cases, and detailed requirements (functional and non-functional).
- Strong process mapping skills.
- Technical understanding of infrastructure technologies.
- Accountability for deliverables and proven track record of delivering on schedule.
