Metz Electronics Srl, the Italian subsidiary ofSkyworth Group, is looking for a: Financial Controller to supportthe growth of our European Finance Department based in Milan. Youwill be part of an international work environment (European andChinese) you will report monthly to our headquarter in Chinaregarding actual, forecast and business plan. You will support andchallenge sales, marketing and administration teams with financialaspects and KPI follow-ups of current business. Responsibilities: -Gross profit monitoring: conduct regular cost estimations based onHQ standard pricing. Update monthly pricing guidelines acrossbusiness lines. Track and analyze gross profit margin fluctuationsto ensure profitability targets are met. - Accounts ReceivableTurnover Management: monitor overdue accounts on a weekly basis andcomplete monthly reconciliations with clients and perform internalclearing timely within SAP system. Establish credit limits based onactual sales velocity to optimize AR turnover efficiency. Provideregular AR turnover analysis and reporting. - Commission &Rebate Management: analyze customer profitability and rebate typesto support strategic account management. Review and validatecommission and rebate payout conditions and ensure accurate andtimely disbursement. - Budget Planning & Control: coordinatemonthly budget submissions from all departments and business units.Conduct variance analysis between budgeted, accrued, and actualfigures. Track annual budget performance and report monthlyresults. Drive continuous improvement in budget execution byengaging responsible departments. - KPI Evaluation &Performance Settlement: prepare monthly P&L statements for eachbusiness line. Track and review key metrics such as marginalcontribution rate. - Outbound Approval & Profit Estimation:approve daily outbound transactions for international businesslines. Perform gross profit estimations on outbound shipments toensure financial visibility and control. - Inventory Management:analyze inventory turnover efficiency, follow up on quarterlyinventory counts and ensure discrepancy resolution. Recommendinternal process improvements based on findings. Support supplychain team in reducing inventory days and minimizing provisionratios. We would like to meet passionate and motivated candidates.Not afraid to work, for some topics, with a start-up mind-set.Qualifications: - Academic degree in Business Administration(preferably with a major in Finance/Controlling) - Ideally 3 yearsof work experience in a similar position - Experience in SAP (S4HANA) preferable - Excellent problem-solving and communicationskills - Structured and independent working style, self-motivation,and commitment - Fluent in Italian and English.
