Our core focus is on operations and maintenance of renewable assets, and we also provide engineering services and EPC mainly for photovoltaic plants.Alectris is also active globally in the software sector with our proprietary ACTIS solar ERP for renewable assets.Job DescriptionThis full-time position requires a talented Project Manager to oversee a wide range of renewable projects, including the revamping & repowering and EPC of photovoltaic power plants.The role involves support from our Milan (Italy) administrative office to staff at all organizational levels involved in an exciting and growing environment.ResponsibilitiesMonitor, track, and control the scope, program, budget, project team organization of revamping & repowering PV / Solar projects.Lead, manage, and coordinate the integrated work of project execution streams including construction management, technical management, procurement, project controls, and HSE.Provide clear and concise status reports on project planning, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.Manage contracts, claims, and change orders with a pragmatic problem-solving approach.Ensure compliance with project documentation and operational requirements.Manage project compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards.Coordinate communication among project parties: internal & external stakeholders, subcontractors, etc.Ensure Alectris maintains high-quality standards throughout the full project lifecycle.Lead a cross-functional team and deliver multiple projects against agreed milestones.QualificationsGraduate degree in electrical engineering or equivalent; knowledge of Italian electrical norms is a significant advantage.At least 3 years of experience in photovoltaics.Advanced skills in CAD for power plant design activities; knowledge of PVSyst is a plus.Knowledge of PV systems, KPIs, engineering economics, equipment, and technologies.Excellent technical communication skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited directives.Proactive and flexible, with an interest in innovative solutions.Interest and experience in project management is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
