Job DescriptionThe role operates within the technical design field, focusing on furnaces, machines, and metallic steel structures. The incumbent designs in accordance with specific contract requirements, adhering to standards, and managing time, costs, and quality as set by the Company. Collaboration with senior colleagues is essential for project execution, proposing innovations, and standardization improvements.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and develop the design of assigned furnaces, machines, and steel structures.Monitor the time, cost, and quality of activities.Conduct macroplanning of tasks and supervise microplanning of junior designers.Design and verify components according to standards.Review engineering outputs from external sources or subsidiaries.Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO).Maintain weekly schedules and monitor project timelines.Execute assigned Non-Conformance Report (NCR) activities.Ensure communication and information exchange on project schedules.Qualifications & Experience:Engineering/technical degree or high school diploma in mechanical or chemical engineering.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in English language.Technical Skills & Knowledge:Professional mechanical/machine design competence.Proficiency with Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).Expertise in Inventor / AutoCAD.Ability to design new components and entire projects.Basic mechanical calculations and standard component selection skills.Soft Skills:Passion, self-motivation, and reliability.Accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset.Willingness to learn and grow.Team spirit and customer orientation.Innovative action orientation.Willingness to travel worldwide.Ability to meet challenging targets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
