You will play a key role in assisting customers from both technical and functional perspectives.Your responsibilitiesManage and optimize existing and new application functions;Ensure the optimal use of the application by end-users;Monitor and control the quality of datasets daily;Serve as the point of contact for end-users and handle system issues;Perform incident management;Configure and test functionalities;Support the team in defining and analyzing user requirements;Develop and maintain functional documentation;Conduct user training.Your skills, experience, and qualificationsBSc or MSc in a financial or technical field is preferred;Experience of at least X years in a similar role within the fintech industry;Basic knowledge of SQL;Client-focused attitude;Strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to work as part of a team;Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;Ability to work under pressure;Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken;EU Work Permit;Willingness to work shifts and on weekends if required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
