Join our Customer Service team in Italy as In-Vitro Customer Service Team Leader.The Customer Field Service Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of field service engineers to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and exceptional customer service abilities. The Team Leader will coordinate service activities, support team members, and act as a liaison between customers and Siemens Healthineers.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and mentor field service engineers, supporting their performance.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, share updates, and promote best practices.Foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork and development.Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, escalating when necessary.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote satisfaction and loyalty.Oversee scheduling and dispatching of field service technicians for resource efficiency.Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing education for technicians.Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for improvement.Ensure all operations comply with policies, standards, and safety regulations.Promote safety culture through regular briefings and training.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Business/Engineering or related field preferred.At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a field service environment.Strong technical knowledge related to Laboratory Solutions.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.Resident in Lazio area, preferably Rome.Your Attributes and SkillsStrong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, able to simplify complex content.Proactive, dynamic, and goal-oriented.Curious, open to learning, flexible, and regionally mobile.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Intercultural sensitivity, leadership, and drive for high performance.Siemens Healthineers is a leading global medical technology company with over 48,000 colleagues worldwide, dedicated to shaping the future of healthcare.
