Every day, we impact millions by changing how people see the world.Maintenance Engineer RoleAs a Maintenance Engineer, you will coordinate the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment in your assigned areas. You will lead all aspects of maintenance, repair, and project planning.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure that periodic and preventive maintenance are scheduled and completed effectively, with emergency troubleshooting support available as needed.Ensure maintenance tasks are executed with quality, timeliness, and in compliance with HSE standards.Plan and prioritize work orders, scheduling repairs and maintenance to minimize production downtime.Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving reliability and managing acceptable risk levels for equipment.Manage the budget for your areas.Engage the team responsible for repairs and maintenance of equipment and machinery.Monitor maintenance KPIs and promote continuous improvement within the team.Handle personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, disciplinary actions, and technical development for direct reports.Portrait of a Perfect CandidateAt least 1 year of experience in complex environments.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong people management skills.Flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.Passion for challenges and a serious sense of responsibility.Are you ready for this challenge?
