WithinASTRA Sales team we are looking for a Sales AdministratorSpecialist manufacturing passionate" 6 months interniship in orderto support the assigned tutor within the following activities: -Customer Master Data and Contract Management: Registering newcustomers in the system and drafting sales contracts. - Order Entryand Profit & Loss Verification: Entering orders into thecompany system and verifying their impact on the profit and lossstatement. - Purchase Request (RDA) Management: Drafting PurchaseRequests for post-production processing and setups, and subsequentauthorization for supplier payments (BEM). - Invoicing and ShippingDocumentation: Preparing invoicing and shipping documents. Forinternational shipments, also managing vessel booking requests. -Customer Communication: Maintaining correspondence with Italian andinternational clients regarding order status, shipments, anddeliveries. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor''s degree, preferably inEconomics or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering. - Excellentorganizational skills and attention to detail. - Strongproblem-solving orientation. - Excellent written and oralcommunication skills in both Italian and English.
