The successfulcandidate will join our Advanced Analytics Global area, theCenter of Excellence at CRIF that combines expertise in DataScience, Data Engineering, and Generative AI Profile: - PhD orMasters Degree in statistics, applied mathematics, computerscience, quantitative economics, econometrics or a similarquantitative field. - 3+ years of experience in Data Science / AIfields - Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities -Strong communication skills - Knowledge of major trends andtechnologies in AI/GenAI Hard Skills: - Excellent knowledge ofPython and Data Science libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn,Keras, Pytorch, Matplotlib, requests, etc.) - Deep understanding ofthe fundamentals of statistics and machine learning (samplingtheory, inference and interpretation, model validation, regressionand classification techniques, etc.) - Experience in developmentand management of LLM pipelines - Deep understanding of LLMfine-tuning methods (ex: LoRa) - Experience working with one of themajor cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM) - Knowledge of MLOpsand microservices architectures - Usage of IDE (Visualbasics,Pycharm) - Familiarity with version control tools (Git, CodeCommit,etc.) - Knowledge of Non-Relational Databases - High levelproficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel Nice to have: -Familiarity with Docker - Project portfolio (GitHub) - Research andpublications in the AI field Location: Milan We offer a safe andinclusive enviroment where collegues are encouraged to thinkoutside the box.
