Our Client is a Multinational Company leader in theConsumer market, on its behalf we are looking for a RegionalManager Retail Mission of the position: As Regional Manager, youwill be responsible for overseeing and managing the salesoperations, the staffing, the performance and the P&L within aspecific Region. The position will report directly to the ManagingDirector and manages a team of Districts Managers.Responsibilities: - Create and execute sales plans in the region toreach revenue targets and expand market share. - Implementsregional sales and marketing promotions to meet short- andlong-term retail sales strategies. - Collaborate with marketingteam for the planning of large events - Analyze sales data to spottrends and opportunities. - Manage multiple District Managerswithin a geographic region to maximize sales and profitability. -Adjusts retail sales goals and procedures for each District basedon goals set for the whole region. - Monitor Labour Costs at storelevel detail to define targeted action plans for labour costreduction or optimization - Lead and motivate a team to meet salesgoals. - Maintains knowledge of market, competition, and bestpractices and trends in sales techniques and strategies. - Organizeand implement training programs for staff in the entire Region. -Ensure all retail locations follow company policies, procedures,and guidelines. Education/skills: - Bachelor or Masters Degree -Fluent in English - Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager,preferably in a regional or multi-store context. - Exceptionalleadership skills to motivate and inspire a team. - Strong salesand negotiation skills with a proven history of meeting andsurpassing targets. - Profound knowledge of the retail industry,market trends, and customer behavior. - Outstanding communicationand interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with bothinternal and external stakeholders. - Robust analytical andproblem-solving aptitude for identifying sales opportunities andcrafting effective strategies.
