We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruitment Lead to spearhead our recruitment efforts in the Netherlands. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure we attract, engage, and hire top-tier IT talent for our growing organization.
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IT recruitment for the Netherlands, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across technical roles (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI specialists).
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary.
Conduct interviews and ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Lead employer branding initiatives to position DevOn as an employer of choice within the IT industry.
Track and report on recruitment metrics
Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and innovative recruitment practices.
Manage offer negotiations and oversee the smooth onboarding process in collaboration with the HR team.
Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
~3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
~ Proven experience in recruiting for IT roles, including software development, DevOps, cloud, and consulting roles.
~ Strong understanding of the Dutch labor market and hiring trends.
~ Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
~ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
