Position Overview Role : Senior DevOps Engineer Employment Type : Full-time Work Arrangement : Hybrid (2 days per week) Location : Brussels Are you ready to tackle complex challenges and lead the way in delivering secure, scalable cloud-based solutions? What Youll Do Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge software and services. Bring agility and adaptability to the forefront, inspiring teams to adopt flexible and efficient workflows. Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable cloud-based systems, leveraging expertise in Linux, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Champion the development, deployment, and operation of backend and frontend systems. Promote knowledge-sharing and teamwork, solving challenges through collective effort. Automate processes to optimize development workflows. Act as a trusted Cloud expert, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support. Lead technical projects, using professional judgement to address service issues and meet tight deadlines. Your Skills and Expertise Proven track record as a DevOps Engineer or Software Developer across diverse projects. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Linux Foundation) are an advantage. Strong knowledge of Linux, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell). Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies. Expertise in building secure, scalable, and resilient software systems, including monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging solutions (e.g., ELK stack). Experience deploying and maintaining development platforms. Solid understanding of networking concepts is a bonus. A passion for continuous improvement through metrics, feedback, and experimentation. Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Comfortable engaging with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to articulate challenges and solutions. Adept at navigating shifting priorities while maintaining a focus on business outcomes. Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack). Knowledge of multiple cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP) is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent command of English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
