We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Director (Head of Sales) to lead our France sales team, reporting directly to the COO. This is a pivotal leadership role, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and shaping the next phase of izmocars success in France.
This position is based on-site at our offices in Boulogne-Billancourt.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and grow the national sales organization to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Drive new business development across key sectors: large Automotive Dealer Groups, OEMs, and Distributors.
- Build and deliver compelling demonstrations and communicate izmocars value proposition to technical, marketing, and executive audiences.
- Own and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and account tracking.
- Exceed individual and team sales quotas by consistently closing high-value deals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on client needs and deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Recruit, coach, and develop sales professionals, with a focus on performance monitoring and skill growth.
- Shape go-to-market strategies and contribute to long-range product and market planning.
Your Profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in software solutions, SaaS, digital platforms, or CRM sales, with at least 57 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong network and relationships within the automotive ecosystem: OEMs, dealer groups, distributors, and agencies.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling national sales teams and consistently delivering growth.
- Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder, and multi-product sales environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational leadership, and communication abilities, including executive-level presentations and negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills from boardroom-level presentations to detailed written proposals.
- Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and performance management capabilities.
- Fluent in French and English.
