In this role, you will be part of the global operations team and responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting a complex enterprise Windows server solution.The focus of this position includes daily support functions, ongoing maintenance, performance monitoring, capacity planning, financial forecasting, project work, and ensuring the continuous availability of the Active Directory platform globally at VF. You will be responsible for governance and operational support of authentication services, providing identity and access management (IAM) functions and systems that enable highly available secure employee access to applications and data across the enterprise.Areas of Responsibilities:Ensure operational stability of IAM systems and services including Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, LDAP, SSO, and related supporting technologies.Evaluate Directory Services operational activities and solution designs to ensure they achieve stable, supportable outcomes.Collaborate with internal customers such as application owners, compliance, security, and system owners to drive adoption of directory services and ensure the service meets requirements.Partner with third-party, internal IT, and application teams managing infrastructure and services upon which Directory Services rely.Manage identity systems, strategy, and roadmap, improving operational maturity levels and capabilities based on current and anticipated customer needs.Establish, document, and communicate Directory Services capabilities, policies, and procedures to key stakeholders.Lead on-site and remote teams responsible for operations support, incident management, and service delivery.Lead decision-making, planning, and execution of major upgrades and migrations.Work with internal and external auditors to provide requested evidence promptly.Develop security measures to protect information and systems against unauthorized modification or loss.Automate manual efforts using scripts, pipelines, etc.Research innovations in IT security and IAM technologies to ensure VF adheres to best practices and standards.Serve as Directory Services subject matter expert, providing advisory and consulting services.Partner with Managed Service Providers (MSP), consultants, vendors, and outsourcing providers offering IAM products and services.Skills for SuccessExtensive experience in architecture, solution design, migrating Active Directory/Azure AD, and supporting Windows.Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, ADFS, and other identity stores.Experience in IAM governance, compliance, and operational support for large-scale enterprise environments.Proven track record of delivering functionalities and services on time and within budget.Experience managing and maintaining enterprise security.Knowledge of AD assessment, OU delegation, GPOs, permissions, Trusts.Strong PowerShell scripting skills.Additional Knowledge & Skills:Experience in large global enterprise environments.Critical thinking, problem-solving, and solution implementation skills.Leadership and team management skills.Self-management and project management capabilities.Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.Ability to translate business needs into security solutions.Whats in it For YouWe offer comprehensive benefits promoting mental, physical, and financial well-being, including:A supportive, respectful, and integrity-driven culture.An inclusive international environment.Work with an iconic lifestyle brand across multiple countries.On-site gym and health initiatives.50% discount on all VF brands.Breakout areas with complimentary hot drinks.Relocation support may be available for applicants living more than 100 km from Stabio.Free to Be, Inclusion & DiversityVF promotes a culture of belonging, diversity, and inclusion.
