Our client, a rapidly growing technology scale-up, is looking for a Legal & Corporate Compliance Manager to support its corporate governance and compliance functions.


This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment with international exposure, including a NASDAQ listing.


Key Responsibilities of the Legal & Corporate Compliance Manager:


Prepare and manage corporate documentation, including board resolutions and meeting minutes

Coordinate board and shareholder meetings, ensuring timely distribution of materials

Maintain and update corporate records to ensure legal compliance

Monitor and interpret Dutch corporate law, NASDAQ listing rules, and other regulations

Liaise with board members, stakeholders, and external counsel to ensure timely task completion

Oversee compliance matters across a portfolio of entities in multiple jurisdictions

Support legal and regulatory filings, company registrations, and standard legal documentation

Collaborate with external advisors, including legal and audit teams


Candidate Requirements:


Bachelors or Masters degree in Law from a Dutch university

5+ years'' experience in a corporate secretary, legal, or governance role

Experience working with or within a NASDAQ-listed company is essential

Strong knowledge of Dutch corporate governance and legal frameworks

Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills

Fluent in English
