We impact millions daily by changing how people see the world.JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:The role involves managing the Trade Marketing Budget allocation and monitoring for the Americas and APAC markets, focusing on frames and lenses brands. It also includes planning and executing key global and regional Trade Marketing projects, adhering to investment guidelines, ROI, and cost efficiencies.The candidate should have excellent knowledge of distribution channels in the regions (e.g., optical, sport, AFA, distributors, audiological, consumer electronics) and develop project profitability approaches based on sell-out and sell-in data analysis. A key task is to innovate, develop, promote, and monitor store digitalization within the Professional Solutions Channel across regions.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:Develop an analytical, data-driven approach to guide Trade Marketing projects and budget allocation to maximize investments.Define and manage an annual Capex Budget for America and APAC markets.Manage quarterly Trade Marketing Reviews and expenses approvals with the CEO.Lead the Digital Windows project for the Professional Solutions Channel.Implement a new working model based on Lenses Brands integration within the global Trade Marketing scope.Serve as the main contact for integrated projects in North America, supporting local teams with trade marketing activities, patient journey setup, and digital integration (e.g., Smart shopper, Digital Windows).Support markets during new product and category launches, ensuring timely execution aligned with strategy.Monitor project progress, report on milestones, and escalate issues as needed.Deeply understand market needs and trade channels to ensure suitable in-store execution in line with market peculiarities and corporate guidelines.Lead and support internal and market teams, fostering professional and personal growth, and team integration.Provide vision and lead by example.NETWORK OF INTERACTION:Internal: Corporate teams, Brand and Business Brand Teams, POP Supply Chain, Procurement, Digital Innovation, WHS Digital Marketing, IT, Nextore.External: Suppliers, digital agencies.TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:Experience in Trade Marketing and/or Marketing with strong analytical skills; knowledge of dynamics in a multinational managing multiple product categories.Project management skills: highly organized, experienced in managing multiple projects within a matrix organization, results-oriented, creative problem solver, capable of working under strict timelines.Excellent communication skills, experience in presentations and interpersonal relationships, and proficiency in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
