Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow client relationships across the pharma and biopharma sectors
- Drive consultative sales activity and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans with the support of your manager
- Collaborate with technical experts to deliver tailored solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
Your Background:
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in a life sciences-related field
- Experience in technical sales, ideally within biopharma or biotech
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and a strong team player
- Valid drivers license (a company vehicle is provided)
