Key Responsibilities of the RFP Analyst:
- Lead the end-to-end process for RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs across multiple asset classes
- Coordinate with investment, sales, ESG, and operational teams to gather accurate inputs
- Craft concise, commercial responses that reflect the firms ESG DNA
- Maintain consistency in messaging and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Stay up to date on ESG regulation and market trends
Ideal Background of the RFP Analyst:
- 24 years experience in asset management, private banking, or related fields
- Experience in roles such as RFP, client reporting, client services, sales support, or ESG
- Degree educated or equivalent
- Strong written communication and organisational skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch is essential
- Comfortable managing deadlines and working across departments
