M&A & FinancialAdvisory Officer Functieomschrijving M&A & FinancialAdvisory Officer (m/f/x) As M&A & Financial AdvisoryOfficer (m/f/x) you will be responsible for: - You will create andmanage complex financial models, calculate the return on and / thepurchase price of the various companies in the context of Merger& Acquisition / business development / new business projects; -You will lead regulatory and financial due diligence of theproject, challenge the input from other streams, identify valuedrivers, main risks and sources of optimizations; - You will workwithin a cross-functional project team and actively participate indiscussions on the non-financial streams of the projects(commercial, technical, tax, legal, etc.) to integrate the risksand opportunities identified in your analyses; - You will beinvolved in business development and acquisition projects as wellas existing investment performing analysis to maximize the value ofa business; - You will coordinate and act as a key contact personfor our investment banks, financial advisors and the businessdevelopment team; - You will identify and implement improvementsfor value creation in terms of cost efficiency, financing, capitalstructure, cash management and other business plan optimizations; -You will craft and deliver impactful conclusions to both managementand the board; - After the transactions or for existinginvestments, you will ensure good financial follow-up of theaffiliates and assess performance of the projects. Profiel Therequired profile for this position: - You hold a Master degree inFinance/Business Management or similar - You have a minimum of 5years of experience in Advisory or Corporate M&A, CorporateFinance or Private Equity, with an expertise in business valuationand modelling - You demonstrate a deep understanding and experienceof corporate finance, valuation techniques and financial analysis -You are known for your excellent analytical skills and ability tohandle several projects simultaneously - You are eager to join adynamic company in the transitioning energy sector, tacklingintellectually and societally significant challenges.
