End User Support Engineer
Paris onsite
12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
May require shift rotations or occasional on-call support based on business needs.
We are looking for an experienced End User Support Engineer to join our CIS Practice who provide high-quality, hands-on IT support to our customers across Paris. Youll manage the full lifecycle of devices, support day-to-day IT needs, troubleshoot issues, and help drive service improvements across the business.
The Role:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 end user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Execute hardware lifecycle activities: Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose (IMACD).
- Staff our walk-up Tech Bar and deliver responsive support for VIP users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 etc
- Log and manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Perform IT onboarding/offboarding for new joiners and leavers.
- Support meeting room technologies including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex.
- Maintain asset records and ensure compliance with hardware/software standards.
- Participate in critical incident resolution and ongoing service improvement initiatives.
- Promote IT best practices and support end-user digital enablement.
- Contribute to knowledge base updates and process documentation.
What Youll Bring
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in IT Support in an End User Services environment onsite
- Solid hands-on experience with: Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
- Understanding of ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, and security fundamentals.
Preferred Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- CompTIA A+ / Network+
- Automation/scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python) is a plus!
