About the location:

About the role:

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our Guests. Responsibilities will include describing the food and beverage selection to our Guests by offering interesting descriptions of each items origin, taste and preparation methods. You will be closing Guest checks, being highly visible in the operation, while delivering superior service with dedication and providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our Guests.


What you will do:

  1. Be familiar with the menus and wine list offered in the respective department, so as to be able to provide customers with the appropriate information.
  2. Monitor order progress so that the Supervisor or Assistant Manager can check that the service is running smoothly: orders taken, served, cleared and by whom.
  3. Coordinate the activities of the commis de rang.
  4. Assist the Chef de Rang in monitoring, controlling and replenishing commissary, cellar and linen orders.

The list of tasks specified above is not exhaustive, as your role will require constant adaptation to situations of high activity and specific customer relationship management.
