VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Senior DTC Analyst to join our DTC team based in Stabio, Switzerland.
Lets talk about the role!
As a DTC Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate solutions across all DTC areas:
- Retail
- Store Operation
- Ecommerce integration and Omnichannel capabilities
- Market Place integration implementation
Youll work closely with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot DTC issues, onboard new solutions, and contribute to process improvements.
We expect you to deliver outstanding results while fulfilling the following responsibilities of the DTC Senior Analyst role:
- DTC Setup and Configuration: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to configure SAP systems, ensure compliance with industry standards and partner requirements, and implement SAP best practices.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of DTC processes and troubleshoot problems.
- Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. Previous experience in DTC roles within the Retail or Fashion industry. Familiarity with supply chain concepts, especially order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes. Knowledge of SAP FMS/S4Hana, SAP CAR. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills.

- Collaboration and Communication: Work with business analysts, developers, and project managers. Collaborate with other team members of DTC to achieve expected results. Manage onboarding of multiple projects. Communicate effectively with trading partners and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements and monitor performance metrics.
