NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for theimplementation of the EIB funded project called: Public Sector LoanFacility Advisory for the Maritsa East Complex and is searching forexperts to support the core team during the implementation of thisproject. Location: Bulgaria. Duration: The intended start date isJuly 2025 (the Start Date) and the period of implementation ofthe Assignment will be 20 months from this date (the Period ofImplementation). Key Expert: ETAG Leader / Senior Just TransitionAdvisor (Cat. I) Qualifications and skills: - At least aBachelors degree in Energy Policy, Public Administration, orEconomics (minimum requirement). - Excellent knowledge of bothwritten and spoken English (minimum requirement). Generalprofessional experience: - At least 15 years of experience inenergy transition planning and public sector advisory (minimumrequirement). Specific professional experience: - Proven trackrecord in advising government institutions on energy transitionstrategies, stakeholder coordination, and institutional capacitybuilding, as demonstrated in at least three projects (minimumrequirement). - Experience leading large-scale just transitionprojects and energy sector policy reforms will be considered anasset. - Experience in structuring and implementing financingmechanisms for energy transition, including EU and multilateralfunding instruments (e.g., JTF, PSLF, RePowerEU, RRF, or similarmechanisms) will be considered an asset.
