What You WillDo:
- Optimize and introduce newproduction processes through automation, data analysis, and process improvement tools
- Work hand in hand with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate and execute seamless transfers of production processes between sites
- Monitor and stabilize processes post-transfer, ensuring top efficiency and compliance
- Support cross-functional initiatives in Quality, Regulatory, and New Product Introduction
Preferred Background:
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
- Experience in process improvement, automation, or process transfer projects
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Strong project management & problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Polish & English (German or Spanish is a plus)
