Responsibilities include:Identifying customer needs and constructing project proposals, interfacing with stakeholders, and validating feasibility from a technical standpoint.Drafting project documentation and requirements, involving analysts and managers.Planning activities, effort estimation, resource allocation, and timelines in coordination with the program manager and departments.Monitoring project progress and ensuring proper execution using project management tools.Evaluating project performance concerning budget and objectives.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through updates, reports, and feedback.Identifying new opportunities based on ongoing or future client needs.Skills required include:12 years of project management experience, preferably in technology-related fields.A university degree in a scientific or technical discipline; a degree in Management Engineering or similar is highly appreciated.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Ability to interface effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in CRM integration projects, web project management, consulting or system integration background, interest or experience in AI tools, and relevant certifications like HubSpot or Google certifications.If you''re ready to lead and grow with us, send your CV and tell us why you''d like to join Exelab.#J-18808-Ljbffr
