Join us.Italy Compliance LeadLiveWhat You Will DoIn this role, you will be part of the Italy Leadership Team, reporting to the Healthcare Compliance Executive Director. You will promote and support adherence to Healthcare Compliance requirements (internal and external) in the Italy affiliate and distributors. You will promote and engage company leadership in promotion and other activities aimed at developing a culture of ethics and integrity within the organization.ResponsibilitiesDefine the Italy site compliance strategy and support the business using a risk-based approach to assess impact;Serve as a member of the Italy Management Team and act as local Data Privacy Lead;Act as a senior contact for Italy with Compliance Leads, regional Healthcare Compliance, providing strategic advice;Represent the Italy site within the World Compliance and Business Ethics Function, supporting regional investigation teams, ABAC team, global monitoring, corporate audit, and international platforms;Support the development of compliance and business strategies, advocating for compliance within the business;Oversee and implement Amgens Corporate Compliance Programs, policies, and international standards at the Italy site;Engage with staff at all levels to achieve compliance initiatives and goals;Cover compliance themes such as anti-corruption, data privacy, investigations, trade compliance, and distributor relationship management from a compliance perspective;Lead and support working groups on patient centricity, value-based healthcare, digital health, customer excellence, cross-functional work, ethical leadership, and communications at OUS level;Drive risk assessments, self-reviews, and participate in assurance and investigation activities;Coordinate corrective actions for the Italy site;Potentially serve as a line manager to junior compliance staff members.What We Expect Of YouWe value diverse contributions to serve patients effectively.
