Job Description: We are looking for a Support Analyst forour Customer Technology support team. Are you an enthusiasticproblem-solver with a customer-focused mindset and a solidtechnical foundation? Then we are looking for you! Our leadingtransport company is seeking a Level 2 Support Representative whocan make a real difference in our customer experience. In thisrole, you will support customers with technical inquiries and helpanalyze and resolve issues related to applications, data flows, andonline solutions.
