As a Store Manager , you will play an important role in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment while representing the brand image and corporate values of INDITEX. You will be responsible for coordinating daily store operations and making strategic decisions regarding product placement to meet established commercial objectives. In this leadership role, you will oversee and organize your team, ensuring collaboration and professional development, while driving store profitability through effective space management. Your primary focus will be on ensuring an exceptional customer experience provided by the team of the store. Store Operations Analyze and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring targets are exceeded throughout the store. Ensure that the store is merchandised according to the companys standards and commercial guidelines taking into consideration bestsellers, current trends and image of the brand. Plan schedules to make sure you have the correct coverage, taking into consideration the budget of hours provided by the HR Manager. Oversee the cleaning standards inside the store ensuring they are in line with the companys guidelines. Monitor the uniforms allocation for Sales Assistants and Managers according to the companys policy React accordingly to the recruitment needs of the store, ensuring that a fair selection process is being followed. Keep constant, clear, timely and effective communication with Head Office, Store Director, Product Managers. Promote HR Policies and Procedures and the Code of Conduct in the store by sharing information with the team and leading by example. Develop the team through performance reviews and Personal development plans and monitor their progression. Receive constructive feedback in a positive manner, being productive towards your personal development and supporting the team. Strong numerical skills for managing budgets and performance metrics. Understanding of market trends, commercial dynamics, and competitor landscape. Minimum of 2 years'' experience in a customer service management role. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
