NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for theimplementation of the EIB funded project called: Public Sector LoanFacility Advisory for the Maritsa East Complex and is searching forexperts to support the core team during the implementation of thisproject. Location: Bulgaria. Duration: The intended start date isJuly 2025 (the Start Date) and the period of implementation ofthe Assignment will be 20 months from this date (the Period ofImplementation). Key Expert: Ammonia Synthesis & IndustrialDecarbonization Expert (Cat. II) Qualifications and skills: - Atleast a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, ProcessEngineering, or a related field (minimum requirement). - Excellentknowledge of both written and spoken English (minimum requirement).- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS,ChemCAD, or similar) will be considered an asset. Generalprofessional experience: - At least 10 years of professionalexperience in industrial decarbonization, ammonia synthesis, andprocess optimization (minimum requirement). Specificprofessional experience: - Proven experience in the design andfeasibility assessment of ammonia production projects, asdemonstrated in at least three projects in the experts CV (minimumrequirement). - Expertise in industrial energy efficiency,emissions reduction strategies, and regulatory compliance will beconsidered an asset. - Experience working on projects involvinggreen ammonia, hydrogen integration, and EU industrialdecarbonization policies will be considered an asset. - Experienceworking in coal transition regions within the EU will be consideredan asset.
