In order to support the growth, we are currently looking for a HR Recruiter to join our HR Team in Brussels.

Responsibilities
As a recruiter, you''ll be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, matching their skills and experience to our stakeholders'' needs, and overseeing the whole process from A to Z. You will have the freedom and space to work creatively and proactively.
- Support hiring managers to qualify needs, define the best approach and timeline, coach them on recruitment and onboarding dimensions ;
- Conduct online searches (direct approach) and telephone interviews to assess applications for specialized positions ;
- Prepare selection reports for Managers and the Head of HR Africa ;
- Organize interviews between Managers and candidates ;
- Prepare and validate job offers ;
- Write and optimize Job Descriptions and Job Postings ;
- Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, with Antwerp as main scope and SMT Africa (head office and subsidiaries) as secondary scope ;
- Advise on labor market trends and talent retention ;
- Participate in SMT Africa HR projects in order to optimize processes, in particular those related to talent acquisition, compliance or cost reduction ;
- Contribute to data quality control in the HRIS.
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in HR, Business, Sales, Psychology or equivalent by experience ;
- You already have a minimum of 3 years professional experience as Recruiter ;
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English languages, written and spoken ;
- You have excellent communication skills ;
- You are organized, methodical, and able to meet deadlines while keeping an eye on details.
