Technical:
- Strong understanding of Python patterns best practices.
- Experience in building and deploying scalable web applications.
- Ability to explain every design choice one makes.
- Ability to explain decisions, status, and roadmap to non-technical customer representatives.
- Ability to create reusable components and libraries for application development.
- Experience with building backend services and APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
- Practical experience with AWS and other cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
- Practical experience with post-production support maintenance: monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, etc.
- Experience in GenAI.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Data products.
- Practical experience with variety of data sources (OLTP, OLAP, DataLake, Streaming).

- Experience in team/department leadership.
