We specialize in ensuring the availability, control, and safety of low-voltage electrical networks, with a strong commitment to optimizing our customers energy performance.Being part of the Socomec team means developing your skills in a dynamic, innovative, and international environment one that is deeply committed to sustainability and actively contributing to the energy transition.We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven HR Business Partner to temporarily join our EMEA and Italian HR teams as a maternity leave replacement starting in July.Based in Italy, you will collaborate closely with business leaders across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, supporting our Sales & After Sales organization and playing a key role in shaping and delivering our people strategy.What Youll Be DoingAs an HR Business Partner, you will:Implement Group HR Strategy and Policies:Lead the local execution of the Group HR strategy, including Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits within the Southern Europe region.Supporting Regional Business Operations:Work in close collaboration with business leaders and managers to deploy employment programs and HR processes that align with regional business objectives.Coach and advise leaders and managers on people, organizational, and cultural issues, supporting key business initiatives and addressing day-to-day needs.Provide active support to leaders, managers, and employees to foster people development and drive change management.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, addressing individual and collective topics with expert legal and HR support.Collect and monitor HR data and KPIs for country, region, and group reporting, enabling informed decision-making at all levels.Contributing to Local and Global HR Projects:Participate as an international HRBP in both local and global HR projects, contributing to the enhancement of Management & HR practices at the Group level.What Youll BringA university degree (Masters in HR is a plus)Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and/or RecruiterExperience in an international, matrixed organization is highly valuedFluency in Italian and English is essential; Spanish is a strong advantageStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, challenge status quo and influence, on site as well as in remoteA collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in multicultural environmentsFlexibility and willingness to travel in assigned countries when neededThis is a great opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, support key business functions, and grow your career all within a people-centric, sustainable, and international organization.Please share your CV in english.If you''re ready to take on a dynamic HR role during a transformative period, wed love to hear from you!Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
