The successfulcandidate will be responsible for selling our ManufacturingExecution System (MES) software, managing existing accounts, anddriving new business opportunities. This role requires a high levelof autonomy, frequent travel, and strong communication skills inmultiple languages as well as good understanding of software andindustrial processes. Key ResponsibilitiesApply a strategic salesplan to develop the assigned regions.Identify and pursue newbusiness opportunities, generating leads and closing deals.Maintainand nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customersatisfaction and long-term partnerships.Conduct client visits(70%-50% travel required) to present our MES solutions andunderstand customer needs.Collaborate with internal teams,including marketing and technical support, to make some feedback ofcustomer demands.Conduct market research to stay informed aboutindustry trends and competitor activities.Prepare regular reportsand sales forecasts for the Sales Manager.Participate in industryevents, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brandvisibility.Required Qualifications & SkillsMinimum of 5 yearsof proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrialsoftware or manufacturing technology.Good understanding of MESsolutions and industrial processes.Fluency in Italian and English(mandatory); Professional level in German is requiredExcellentnegotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability towork independently and manage a complex sales cycle.Willingness totravel extensively across assigned regions (50% of the time).Strongreporting and analytical skills.High degree of autonomy and abilityto work with a remote team and managerBachelors degree inbusiness, or a related field is preferred.
