What Youll Do
- Set up, operate and program CNC machines to manufacture complex parts with precision
- Ensure quality through interim measurements and make necessary adjustments
- Perform basic maintenance and resolve issues to keep production running smoothly
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflows and contribute to process improvements
- Inspect tools and materials to uphold the highest standards in quality and efficiency
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a CNC Specialist, ideally in a high-tech or precision environment
- Skilled in setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines
- Strong focus on quality and detail, with knowledge of inspection and measurement techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions accurately
- A proactive, independent mindset with a hands-on and solution-driven approach
