With a well-established footprint in Belgium and Luxembourg, they work with a broad and diverse client base across both public and private sectors.
Their finance function is based near Antwerp, with additional operational hubs across the country. As part of their ongoing evolution, theyre investing in finance talent to support growth, bring structure, and build stronger bridges between finance and the business.
The Role: Senior Business Controller
Location: Based near Antwerp with flexibility to be close to the business when needed
Reporting to: CFO
International exposure: Close alignment with a global finance community
In this role, youll support both strategic and operational decision-making through financial insight and analysis. Youll work closely with the CFO and act as a key business partner to senior stakeholders across multiple functions and sites.
Your responsibilities will span across reporting, forecasting, budgeting, process improvement, and business partnering with the opportunity to take on a highly visible and impactful role within a transforming finance team.
What Youll Be Doing

Youre a financial talent with a strong sense of ownership and an eagerness to connect the dots between data, people, and strategy. Youre comfortable in een hands-on environment, you bring structure where others see chaos, and you feel energized when you can bring clarity and direction.
A background in financial consulting or audit (Big 4 or equivalent) can be a strong foundation especially if you''re now looking to take a next step closer to the business, with more autonomy and tangible impact.
