Optimizing production processes minimizing downtime, improving quality, and reducing costs. Developing automation and supporting equipment improvement. Analyzing production data and implementing solutions based on results. Collaborating with engineers and managers at different organizational levels. Ensuring smooth and efficient transfer of equipment and products into production. Analysis of the causes of quality, process and technical problems. Analyzing test results, finding correlations and creating reports. What do we need from you? A Masters degree in engineering. At least 3 years of experience in production data analysis and process optimization. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt certification is a plus), SPC, FMEA, VSM, MES. Skills in creating reports (BI tools) and automating processes (Power Platform). Analytical thinking and creativity in solving problems. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Experience in optimizing and automating processes (especially using Power Platform tools). Strong analytical skills required. Ability to evaluate and solve complex problems. Knowledge of photonics is a bonus! Ability to use numerical, experimental and statistical problem solving skills.
