The resource will join the HR team based in Milanproviding support especially on the following activities: -Reporting activities: update existing reports referred for exampleto Head-Count, training hours/training costs, presences/absences ofthe employees, ticket restaurants reports etc. - HR DatabaseManagement - Administrative tasks related to Compensation andBenefits - Administrative tasks related to Health and Safety -Provide support for the implementation of the training plan (managethe training calendar and organize in-presence courses/webinars)The VIE will actively participate in the life of the HR department,being exposed to all the activities of the HR team.
