For an internationally operating company in the insurance industry, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist. In this role, you play a key part in supporting colleagues across Europe. You ensure that everyone can work seamlessly within their IT environment. You will be based at the Rotterdam office and regularly coordinate with IT teams across other locations.
What youll be doing
- First point of contact for IT-related questions and issues at the office
- Analyzing and forwarding incidents via ServiceNow
- Installing, relocating, and configuring workplace equipment
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Providing support for meeting room and AV equipment
- Liaising with external vendors for hardware-related issues
- Assisting with smaller IT projects and improvement initiatives
What you bring
- Completed MBO level 4 in ICT or equivalent higher professional (HBO) working and thinking level
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking principles
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written)
