Ideal Profile - Proven experience as aGeneral Manager or senior leader in high-end, luxury diningenvironments. - International experience in fine dining or luxuryhospitality is highly desirable. - Exceptional leadership,communication, and organizational skills. - Strong business acumenand a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. -Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. -Hands-on, energetic, and committed to excellence.
