Were looking for a Payroll Specialist to join us at our HQ in Barcelona. This role will be key in ensuring the accurate execution of payroll processes while optimizing People operations.

If you love a challenge. You will:
- Independently manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HRIS systems.
- Handle new hires, terminations, promotions, and contract modifications.
- Coordinate benefits and compensation plans in collaboration with external providers.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, contracts, and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and support internal audits.
- Identify and propose improvements to administrative and payroll processes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in People Operations and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and labor legislation.
- Experience with HR management systems and payroll tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data.
- Advanced level of English; any other language from the EMEA region is a plus.
