They are newlyestablished and, especially their equities team, is dedicated toadvising early-stage companies focused on impact, futuretechnologies, and achieving net-zero emissions. The firm is alsosuccessfully building M&A and Real Estate Banking teams. Ourclient now includes eight Partners senior and highly experiencedbankers located in Toronto, London, Amsterdam, Paris, andJohannesburg who bring a quality client base and establishedrelationships. It also boasts an Advisory Board comprised of highlyrecognized individuals able to open doors, provide substance, andsage advice. In a short amount of time, our client has been able tobuild a firm that boasts a formidable international information andexecution network, deep experience in sustainable finance, and analready loyal client base. In addition, and alongside this, thefirm is now also growing a much more industry agnostic DebtAdvisory team, which currently already has Partners in both Londonand Toronto. To support their rapid expansion, they are seeking aPartner to open up their Milan office and establish the firm''spresence in Italy. For the right individual, there could also be awider leadership role available within the firm, which pridesitself on cooperation, teamwork, and cross-fertilization and candemonstrate that these are not mere words. -- MISSION You will beresponsible for the origination and execution of Debt Advisorymandates. You will own all areas of this practice-- from clientorigination, to day-to-day transaction management, and through toexpansion of the practice within the wider firms structure. --RESPONSIBILITIES -- - Originating and executing Debt advisoryprojects - Stay on top of trends in the lending world in yourgeography, as well as broader international trends - Be a thoughtleader within this industry, a trusted advisor to the firmsclients and show them the ''art of the possible - Actively helpgrow our clients Debt Advisory practice specifically, but also ourclients overall corporate finance platform, both locally andinternationally - Provide ideas, relationships and insights thathelp your fellow Partners bring in and execute their mandates as(in return) they will help you do the same --REQUIREMENTS -- -Demonstrated capability in originating and executing Debt Advisorymandates, such as a proven track record - Originating mandates froma wide array of clients; and, - Successfully raising debt of allkinds from a range of traditional and non-traditional lenders, debtproviders and other sources - Self-starter; eager and willing toroll up sleeves - Desire to be part of growing something new andexciting within the world of Corporate Finance while realizingthe hard work that it takes to do this and that a lot ofinfrastructure is still to be put in place --COMPENSATION-- Themajority of your compensation will be directly tied to dealorigination and successful deal execution. This will come withinless than a year with an equity stake in this rapidly growingcorporate finance firm which, in turn, leads to Partner payouts.This structure offers significant earning potential for highlymotivated individuals with a proven track record in Debt Advisoryand business development.
