The IT Testing ALM Application Coordinator isresponsible to support OpenText ALM usage in the context of aspecific testing program, supporting; training session, trackingtesting execution defect management and testing reporting/KPI. He /She manages, executes and follows up of IT testing (i.e. projectfunctional and non-functional testing activities). Project scope ITTesting Qalm Application Coordinator will be in charge tomanage/support testing of OpenText ALM use in a specific Client''sProgram: Support testing strategy with the Testing Lead forspecific project in scope Manage testing planning and coordinatetesting resources (Testing CoE) when needed Manage testing trainingsession in collaboration with Testing CoE members Coordinate andgenerate testing reporting/KPI for specific project in scopeAdvocating appropriate level of testing in system implementationprocesses and quality in defect resolution. Requirements Experienceworking in the Pharma/Financial industries is a plus Knowledge ofComputerized Testing Processes and Good Practices (e.g. ISTQBcertification, TMap, GAMP) Expertise of functional andnon-functional testing (manual testing framework) Robustorganization, structure and planning within the day to day workactivities Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Fluent in English (spoken and written) Service/customer-mindedProactive Tools: Standard Microsoft tools (Word, Excel) Expertisein OpenText testing suite ALM (Mandatory)
