VIDA are partnering with a high-profile surgical robotics MedTech start up. To meet their ambitious growth plans, and increasing demand, they are looking for a talented Field Service Engineer to join the team in France. This role will lead the installation, service, and maintenance of the surgical robots across their expanding customer base across France and soon expanding into the Benelux region. Initially, the focus will be on new installs, with more maintenance and repair responsibilities further down the line. Deliver technical support and training to surgeons and users to ensure high levels of adoption. Ideally 2-5 years experience as a Field Service Engineer or Product Support Engineer (or similar) with complex medical capital equipment, working out in the field at customer sites. Experience in the medical device industry or healthcare technology, with both mechanical and electrical components. Some experience with software would be advantageous (following command prompts, not at a coding level). This is an early team hire, working as a part of a small product support team as they launch commercially, so the ability to be a team player, communicate effectively and be the go-to technical resource for all customers in region, this is a great opportunity for someone to make a big impact in a fast growing start up.
