I am looking for a Jira Administrator for a Leading Energy Company to work in their Madrid office 3 days a week.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Administrating and managing Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) instances, including user management, permissions, and project configurations.
Customizing Jira workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and notifications to meet the needs of various teams.
Implementing and maintaining Jira Service Management projects, including service desk configurations, SLAs, and automation rules.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Jira and JSM users.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Delivering training sessions and documentation for end-users.
Evaluate and provide consulting for apps.
Setup and maintain integrations between Jira and other systems.
You must have:
2+ years of experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management (JSM).
Strong understanding of Jiras customization options, including workflows, permissions, notifications, etc.
Experience with advanced customizations in Jira, such as Automation for Jira and Scriptrunner apps.
Proficiency in calling Jiras REST APIs.
Nice to have - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy or Python.
Nice to have Expereince in implementing ITSM in JSM or migrating from another ITSM system.
