Responsibilities
- Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential clients to build your pipeline.
- Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate transaction process.
- Conduct market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
- Create and execute marketing plans for property listings, including digital and traditional advertising.
- Schedule and host open houses, property showings, and client meetings.
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Stay updated on local market trends, industry standards, and real estate regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and leverage company resources to provide exceptional service.
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
Qualifications
- Licensed real estate agents (or those in the process of obtaining a license).
- Self-starters who thrive in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment.
- Passion for helping clients buy, sell, or invest in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service.
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Great communication and social skills

Compensation
$100,000 at plan commission
