Omega Pharma SRL, a leading company in the nutraceutical sector dedicated to creating and distributing products for health and well-being, is seeking to fill the position of Line Manager - Neurology.Role and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Medical Affairs Manager and collaborating closely with them, the selected candidate will ensure effective management of scientific and training activities related to the neurological line. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with scientific stakeholders on a national level, fostering strong and constructive relationships to promote participation in congresses and sector events. In collaboration with marketing, the Line Manager will contribute to creating scientific content for product support materials, ensuring alignment with company commercial strategies. The role also involves internal training, preparing the sales force on the scientific aspects of products, and effectively communicating their benefits and features. Additionally, the Line Manager will continuously monitor market trends and scientific updates, ensuring all medical-scientific initiatives align with strategic company objectives and are supported by accurate, up-to-date information. The role includes supporting Medical Affairs leadership in structuring and initiating clinical and scientific evaluation studies for relevant products.Skills and QualificationsStrong scientific knowledge to understand and manage medical-scientific content and informational materials related to products.Excellent communication skills for engaging with KOLs, industry associations, and stakeholders internally and externally.Experience in planning and managing scientific congresses and events, coordinating with organizing secretariats and associations.Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with Medical Affairs, marketing, and sales to foster synergy.Attention to detail in managing scientific information and communication messages.RequirementsDegree in scientific disciplines.At least three years of experience in similar roles.Previous knowledge of the neurological field is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
