China Mobile Italy office is recruiting a Business Development Manager (M/F) who will be in charge of prospecting and developing our business on the Enterprise market.
Main missions
Prospecting, detecting and identifying business opportunities. Establish a portfolio of enterprise customers
Establish new customer relationships and explore potential business opportunities
Develop and execute sales strategies to approach new customers and detect new opportunities to maximize sales prospects and market penetration
Escalate customer needs and issues to the relevant technical teams
Promote China Mobile''s products and solutions to customers by organizing or participating in activities such as workshops, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
Manage and respond to calls for tenders (BID management), mobilize internal resources to prepare offers and respond in a way that is adapted to customer needs
Develop the commercial proposal by coordinating the activities of the various internal contributors: technical, financial, legal...
Present the business proposal: customer request, project objectives
Lead negotiations with the customer to win projects
Liaise with internal departments to ensure that the proposed solution meets the client''s requirements
Establish a sales model and support agreement for new customers
Ensure the commercial follow-up of the client and ensure that all the commitments made are respected
Organize, in collaboration with the pre-sales engineer, the project kick-off meeting
Orchestrate the delivery of the services sold, in coordination with the Project Manager
Work closely with HQ and other regions to maximize business performance, sales targets, and business objectives
Retain the customer portfolio by maintaining the relationship throughout the contractual period, by constantly monitoring opportunities and by generating new needs
Provide world-class customer service and after-sales support for each customer account, including service performance evaluation, process improvement, etc., to maintain and retain customers
Conduct an Account Plan for each customer to ensure accurate account tracking
Ensure day-to-day operational and commercial activities
