What will you do?
Manage engagement from outreach campaigns, including follow-ups and progression through the sales funnel.
Engage with mainly warm inbound leads (no cold calling) and turn interest into opportunity by scheduling meetings with high-potential prospects ready to grow.
Execute proactive, personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn.
Keep CRM data clean and current with all prospect interaction details.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to refine outreach strategy and boost conversion.

Candidate profile
Direct client-facing experience (sales, support, consulting, hospitality, call center, etc.), internships included.
Strong professional proficiency in German (C1+).
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
Self-starter with initiative and a high level of resilience and ambition.
Comfortable adapting in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
