Your Mission
Collaborate closely with our Program Managers and Software Managers to lead and develop software activities for high-performance safety and mission-critical systems. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and certifying cutting-edge solutions that make an impact.
What You Will Do
- Functionally lead software activities in highly complex aerospace projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute software tasks while adhering to defined processes.
- Develop and integrate software modules in C/C++ (e.g., Linux kernel drivers and certifiable RTOS such as VxWorks 653, PikeOS).
- Serve as the technical authority for integration, validation, and qualification activities.
- Act as the software technical interface for customers and certification authorities.
- Have cross-functional skill, and capabilities to communicate with expert team, of other discipline (System, Hardware, FPGA, Safety).
Your Profile
- Masters degree in Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as an embedded software engineer.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python, with knowledge of critical software development standards (e.g., DO-178C).
- Experience in RTOS certifiable drivers, Linux kernel, and embedded cybersecurity.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in multidisciplinary environments.
