Market Director Italy | Luxury Fashion | Interesting PackageOur Client is a global luxury fashion company, and we are looking for their Italy's Market Director. We want to meet candidates with a solid Wholesale background and you need to be fluent in Spanish and in English. We are looking for a manager used to deal with high-end brands in a truly competitive environment.Responsibilities:Create the commercial sales strategy to achieve both short term and long term commercial targetsIdentify and develop wholesale business opportunitiesCollaborate with key accounts to achieve growthProvide commercial insights on the collection and support for merchandisingFollow and manage calendar deadlines for the wholesale departmentResponsible for designated wholesale accounts to ensure the development of relationships, timely deliveries, successful performance, and proper representation of the collection and the brandLeading and planning sales campaigns for the collections including retailer capsule collectionsDaily communication with existing accounts and worldwide sales agencies.Drop-planning through communication with in-house production department and warehouse to ensure timely deliveriesOrder confirmation, Invoicing, and accounts receivable managementResearch and monitor all markets to discover new retailers and potential partners and evaluate current accounts in our sales pipelineAnalyze sell-through reports and transform insights into actionsCollection training for sales staffWhat we are looking for:Solid experience with luxury fashion wholesaleFashion wholesale customer network and knowledgeDirect experience with the fashion industry, including wholesale companies, retail companiesStrategic business planning, sales negotiation, brand positioning, customer relations, KPI control, and logistics.Your Skills:Strong skills in business planningExcellent business analytical skillsExcellent sales and negotiation skillsBuilding and maintaining timelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent skills in customer relationship management (CRM)
